Payment Paypal (preferred), Postal Orders and Cheques. Please make contact within 2 days of auction ending and payment to made within 5 working days. Please allow Cheques and crossed postal orders 5 working days to clear, uncrossed postal orders can be cashed immediately.

All postal insurance is included in the cost of your postage, so no hidden extra charges!! I dispatch all items quickly, sometimes even the same day!! I will also email you to advise when they have been posted, so you know when to expect your goods. Need something for the weekend then email me and I will make sure I post in time!

Items must be returned within 7 days in perfect unworn condition, with labels and spare heel tips and also packaged properly. Items should also be wrapped securely so they cannot be damaged in transit. All items are returned at the buyers cost either by a traceable service or a free of charge proof of postage must be obtained in case, on the rare occasion, an item may be lost in the post as any items not received will not be refunded. The original postage and packing charge will be deducted from the refund. All other fees i.e. eBay, Paypal and relisting fees will be covered by me the seller.
