I openned my shop in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1998 called Gallery of Cards, due to a major redevelopment I relocated in the same Shopping Centre and my new shop called 'Sweet Sentiments' openned in August 2009.

I seek out new & exciting gifts from many sources to try to make my shop different from many of the normal Card & Gift Shops. I pride myself and my staff for our customer service as the customer is the most important part of any business.

Postage varies from Item to Item due to the size and shape, please see the individual listings. I offer a reduction on postage for multiple items and FREE postage on all sales of £50 or more.

All items are fully insured and we comply fully with the Distance Selling Regulations. We accept returns within 14 days of postage. All goods are to be returned unused & in the original packaging and suitable for re-sale. Please email sales@sweet-sentiments.co.uk for authorisation. Return postage cost will be refunded if the above is complied with in most cases. If an item is received incomplete or damaged, please advise by email to sales@sweet-sentiments.co.uk, or by eBay messages, as there may be no reason to return the item, a small part may be all that is necessary and we will forward this. The Carrier may wish to collect the item in the case of goods damaged in transit.
