Worth buying as a used item rather than a new item
Useful for parents to know how maths is taught in schools today so they can help with homework. Not hugely useful to the child as I think the pages are very busy for this age group.

If this is your first resource, then buy it.
I work in a primary school and this book was recommended to me by the SENSS team. It's good, but a lot of the games are available in resources I already have in school. The book is mainly for KS1 pupils, and not necessarily for SEN pupils as I was led to believe. If you have hardly any phonics resources then this is a good book. But if you already have resources for phonics, then don't bother.
