PayPal preferred, E-Check accepted ( Goods dispatched upon clearance), Postal orders accepted subject to conditions. Any unpaid item will be reported after 7 days.
Delivery information
UK mainland postage is free on ALL items. 2ND CLASS ONLY. Big parcels require a phone number for courier purposes. I will not be held responsible for items lost in the post. I keep all receipts/ proof of posting, which will be made available to affected parties at any time. Breakages: All goods in transit are covered by Royal Mail/ Courier insurance. LISTED GOODS ......RETURNS
CD'S & DVD'S especially.....A fair percentage of my stock comes off the general public, hence it would be a physical impossibility to play or listen too every single one. I will always give 100% to keeping the descriptions and conditions of such goods as accurate as possible. Please understand however, that in rare instances, the odd faulty product may slip through the net. If unfortunately you receive such a product, please inform me via the messages section and we take it from there. TV sets etc will no longer be dispatched, from this day forth they will be collection items only. They will be demonstrated and working in your presence and will be sold as seen. TJA
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK & THE NEW RULES
Unfortunately one or two of my buyers have been abusing the new rules of no negative feedback from sellers, hence they have returned perfectly decent CD's/ DVD's which they have more than likely copied whilst holding the gun of negative feedback to my head....( With me having absolutely no honest right of reply!!!). FROM THIS DAY FORTH, ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND IF AFTER INSPECTION, THE GOODS ARE DEEMED OK, THEN I WILL REPORT THE MATTER TO E-BAY AND WE TAKE IT FROM THERE. I'M SORRY, BUT THE FEW HAVE RUINED IT FOR THE GREAT MAJORITY...TJA.
