Brought this item as it was described as new but when it arrived and read the booklet it said that code had to stay with car which it had first been installed in. I tried the code but had already been used and was no good. Text seller and informed him he agreed to refund me. Offered me another £30 as compensation due to my outlay trying to get it installed by VW. Bit disappointed at description of item as it said new but am happy with way it has been sorted out by seller.
