Small toy with a big impact.
You can't put a price on nostalgia! Lesney Matchbox die-cast toys are still bringing pleasure more than fifty years after they were made. These were simple pocket money playthings, but the fact that well cared for boxed examples now command premium prices is testament to their durability and ability to conjure up a bygone age. This little Lyons Maid ice cream van, a piece of social history, brings a host of happy memories with it - long lost summers and a carefree childhood. For the price paid, that's unbeatable.
