History/background
I started the business a few years ago when I was working in a business advice job. My boss wouldn't help me learn how to advise my clients properly so I decided to start a business and realised I loved it! Much more than that job as it turned out! I changed job but kept on running the business.

Payment policy
I take paypal, cheque or postal orders. For overseas buyers I only take paypal. This is because Paypal sort out the exchange rate for me and you wouldn't believe the amount of cheques I've had from abroad that no-one will honour!

Delivery information
I send the day after payment (where possible). I charge £1.99 postage (UK) £5.99 (overseas). I send first class recorded delivery (UK) or International Signed For (Overseas). The cost of postage covers envelope, packaging and printing as well as the cost of going to the post office. I make no profit on postage.

Return policy
Wherever possible I'll be happy to refund or replace. I have no desire to be tricky about things. I want my customers to be delighted with their purchase.
