I started buying and selling on eBay a few years ago. It's a brilliant way of doing business. I've got nothing against Noel Edmonds but Swap Shop is sooooooooooo yesterday.

Payment policy
Paypal, Cheques (honestly - they still exist), Postal Orders (do they still exist??), Kind.

Delivery information
I can't get to the Post Office every day so be patient. I try to keep P+P charges realistic but sometimes it's pure guesswork. I'll re-use packaging wherever possible.

Return policy
Buyer pays return postage. If you return an item for a refund then you'll get a refund. I had a woman a while back who demanded her money back but wouldn't return the items she claimed weren't satisfactory. She threatened to leave back feedback, I contacted eBay to tell them what she was about to do but they let her go ahead and leave negative feedback anyway. Not that I'm bitter about it!!! Fortunately these idiots are few and far between.
