Not really for beginners!
This DVD is in 2 parts. The first part breaks down the main workout into 8 sections. You are shown the dance moves from the back and front. It is quite fast and not really for beginners as the moves are not really explained and not many pointers are given but if you have an aerobics or dance background, you should be able to follow. I would say that most people would need to do this part several times before they move onto the main section which is doing all sections of the dance just following Tracy without any instructions. It is fun and seems quite effective but overall I would prefer some instruction as it goes along rather than having to remember large amounts of choreography.
