You can view our history on our Website at www.destinywares.com.au We leave feedback as soon as we post your items, that way you know we have received your payment and we have sent your items.

Payment policy
We accept, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER, CHEQUES AND MONEY ORDERS. Nothing is sent until payment clears.

Delivery information
The post goes out only once every day at 9 am. All parcels are done the evening before. All cleared payments will be sent on our postal run at 9am each day, except weekends. Express Post: We are outside of the metro area and cannot guarantee overnight, although it is quicker then pre paid post. If you would like the combined postal discount, please wait until you have all items before checking out. To avoid reminder emails after 7 days, please let us know if your payment is longer than 7 days.

Return policy
14 days merchandise credit. Where possible we exchange on sizing. We are not happy if you are not happy.
