You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online. When trying on clothing, if you find that the item is the wrong size, please be aware that if there are any marks on the item (from deodorants/creams/make-up etc.), we may be unable to refund as the item is no longer in its original condition.
