caravan mantle arrived well packed courier Yodel messed about for an extra week seller very considerate and refunded part as Yodel had damaged one of the items had to send them all back as they didn't fit , again there was no problem doing so recomend seller

The camera was broken, despite being listed as tested and functional. I had people with a photography degree, engineering background and professional camera experience verify its brokenness. I had messaged the seller prior to purchase and received no response. I messaged after purchase and was told they’d refund postage. When it arrived, they very impolitely said the camera was fine and they wouldn’t reimburse postage. Additionally I lost the £15 film roll. They’ve ignored my last message.

Difficult one this as I think the experts might not be as good as the buyer thinks, when the camera was returned the first thing we saw was that the battery cover was on wrong - you clip one side in and screw down on the other side - it was not clipped on one side only screwed in, this was causing the battery not to be pressed in far enough, refitted the cover correctly and tested it, then tested it more and more with no fault found so we refunded as a remorse return so the buyer pays postage

I bought this "buy it now" for the FULL ASKING PRICE. Ebay confirmed the order. I paid by paypal - Paypal charged my account. Then...message from ebay that the seller had cancelled the sale "issue with buyers address" There is no address issues - it has been the same for years and had many many items delivered. Seller abused the Ebay cancellation process by dishonestly claiming this. The real reason ? Seller thought he could get more for it. It was then re-listed. AVOID THIS SELLER

Yes totally my fault, this was an auction but I had messed with the start price and put it also as a buy it now, cancelled and explained my honest mistake but got both barrels off the buyer, I know you wanted to buy it cheap and resell it for a profit but I a selling it for an old lady and want her to benefit any monies made by spending the money on her grand kids

No explanation ever given other than the words "this was an auction". Ebay told me it was cancelled claiming an address problem. Now he's trying to turn this round and make me the bad guy. I wasn't buying to sell, but if I was it's none of his business. Did he leave the same accusation to the second buyer who paid exactly the same price ?
