Dumb and dumber
I always liked Dumb and Dumber, have seen it many times since it came out and always laugh. Had it on VHS but wanted a dvd so came to Ebay cause I knew I'd get it at a good price and probably quickly. Saw the unedited version on Ebay and was tempeted by extra stuff I hadn't seen before so paid a little more for it. To be honest the extra stuff isn't particularly good, just pads out the film a wee bit longer. If you are in a mood for a laugh this film works for me, I tend to go to particular scenes that I especially like (there are many!)rather than watch the whole film. I'm not a huge Carrey fan normally but something about this film just works. The film is not subtle, it's in your face slapstick humour that keeps on coming. Some fave bits - The cop with the 'beer' bottles, the owl and champagne cork, the toenail manicure, the toilet scene, Mental's chilli burger and CPR, the phone box, etc etc etc -fantastic!! See it over and over again.

great double album by the best band on the planet. Snow is my favouite tune, there's loads of great rockers, ballads and funkers in there too but none of the silly style early stuff they did in the 80's and early 90's. If you have a 2 hour drive it'll seem like 20 minutes if you play these 2 cd's as you go -buy it!
