Not impressed at all, ordered 2 at discount price, one broken on delivery, opened return and sent photo, seller sent a replacement which was unfortunately smashed to pieces on arrival also, sent photo, still needed, but seller just refunded 1 of 2 with message to reorder. reordering one would therefore cost more than paid as I received discount for buying 2 originally so ordering one higher in cost. Messaged seller asking why they had done that but no reply.

We did communicate, sent all photo's, evidence, reason to refund was not valid, refund increased the cost of the product to repurchase. In future communicate with buyer before taking this kind of action. It was unfortunate the postal system caused the breakage of the items but refund was not appropriate

I got the product and it was damaged inside the box before i received. And i conform with seller with pictures as well. Seller said me will send a replacenment but later change mind and said will give u a refund. I can understand that but i waited too long for the product and i have to order another and have to wait again. What can i do i have no option now to get a refund. Anyways that was not a good impression from a seller. Its 0 star from me. If i had got replacement its 5 star.
