I have 30 years experience as a qualified telephone engineer most recently on Panasonics latest IP telephone systems. I am an x BT engineer trained to a high standard. I worked my way up to the maintaining an RAF stations landline communications equipment, a very responsible job. I left BT in 1991 to start my own business, selling it in 1999 when I moved to the Midlands. I worked for a private company and became head engineer due to my professionalism, experience and the standards I set. However I saw a gap in the market for quality second hand equipment, so I have again started my own business specialising in this market, they offer many of the features and reliability of even the most high tech new systems. I have been successful because I give the very best customer service, I have built an excellent reputation for the quality of my work and the equipment I have supplied and I will never let this slip. I have been trained and qualified on the majority of Panasonic systems including the analogue KX-T206, 308, 616, 624, 824 systems and Digital KX-TD816 1232 and KXTDA 15 30 100 200 600 systems and Panasonics TVM voicemail systems. I also have experience on BT Inspiration, Versatility systems as well as Siemens Hicom 100E 112 118 systems.

I can also provide a quality installation service even if you do not buy the system from me. Prices are based on the number of telephone points connected, as a guide; within 50 miles of Birmingham I charge £25 for existing telephone points, with a minimum charge of £150. New cabling work would be an additional cost. I travel all over England so distance is not a problem. Please ask for a quote.
