What everyone should know about me
Honest about what i sell. I sell items out of mine or my daughters' wardrobes when we have clear-outs. Reasonable P&P. Don't believe in profiting from P&P. Occasionally I will list for a friend. I may revise and put no of watchers for BIN

Payment policy
Paypal only. Do not generally accept international bidders, but if you contact me and come to some arrangement about posting I will consider other english-speaking countries.

Delivery information
I try and keep a standard rate as weighing and pricing each item is impossible. Please take into account packaging costs which my feedback will show I'm very careful with to avoid your disappoinment. Bubble wrap will be used and where possible recyclable envelopes as an eco-friendly thing. I use waterproof poly bags for clothes. Occasionally new packaging items, especially for bulky products, will be purchased so this is all reflected in the P&P prices. When the parcel arrives, please don't just compare the postal cost with what was asked on the listing. There are always other hidden charges to consider.

Return policy
No returns based on wrong sizing, as I give measurements and sizing clearly. Proof of posting acquired and will be sent to you should there be a posting difficulty.

In the first instance through ebay messaging, but am happy to be contacted through my email address directly, especially for clarification on an item.

Unforeseen events
I have a family and a job... there are the vagaries of the weather (winter) and illness, so please bear with me for a week in the first instance, although the despatch date is usually within three working days. It may be that I have just run out of steam!!!
