Welcome to The Silk Butterfly Boudoir Boutique. I'm Maria and I have been a self-employed jewellery designer since 2000 (see my 'me' page for links to my jewellery) Here you will find all a girl needs to make her bedroom and life more beautiful!

Payment policy
Personal cheques are accepted, but there will be a delay in receiving your items while your cheque clears. Please include with your cheque (or postal order) a note saying what you are paying for! Paypal payments and Postal Orders are accepted. Please make cheques payable to: The Scarlet Butterfly Co. If you are paying by cheque or postal order please complete checkout.

Delivery information
If you are buying more than one item, please ask for a total on the postage as I will be able to reduce it for you depending on the weight. If you would like it reduced please do not complete checkout or pay for half of the items, as I can't change your invoice once thats happened. I post items 1st class and always get proof of postage. Please note that postage cost includes the cost of the packaging. PLEASE NOTE: We regret that postage cannot be combined between our different eBay shops.

Return policy
In the unlikely event of any of my items found to be faulty, I will replace the item or refund your payment (except the postage.) A Photo of the damaged item will be needed. Refunds for lost items will only be given if you have selected recorded delivery.
