Biloka Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1978. It has since changed hands to become our baby. The company currently holds over M$1 in assetts, is active in the online retail environment, contracts directly to Australia Post, and is active in the Equine industry.

As we are a fully registered business, we have access to all payment methods. We have EFT facilities in our office, and accept all other standard forms of payment. Cheques by arrangement only.

We currently use standard post unless other arrangements are made. In the near future, we will be converting all of our online businesses to use Australia Posts e-Parcel system. Whilst postage costs will go up, you will be covered for losses, and the parcel is tracked at every stop.

We conform to Australian Law as required. We offer a simple, non fuss return policy. If the item is faulty, simply return it to us, and after inspection, the item will be replaced if found faulty. We DO NOT accept returns simply because you chose incorrectly. We are however negotiable in that regard. Just ask!!
