Having worked for a well known high street department store renowned for it's excellent customer service, I'm attempting to transfer these skills to the online eBay selling world. If you make a purchase you'll find that I'm contactable virtually 24 hours a day, will respond quickly and will resolve any problems in a fast and reasonable manner. I'm here to ensure that you want to leave positive feedback after any transaction. This is reflected in my generous refunds policy. Unlike some larger stores all returns are accepted, without dubious handling fees some like to charge. I also ensure that you never pay more than a reasonable price for any of my items. You'll never find a cheaper price for any item you purchase from me on eBay and all postage costs are a true reflection of the cost paid to post. Why pay more? When you purchase from simple solution clothing, your purchasing more than just quality clothing. Your buying a quality service as well.

Payment policy
At the moment I usually only accept Paypal as a form of payment. This is because this is the fastest, most efficient and safest way to pay, for both you and me. However, in some circumstances I may be willing to accept other forms of payment. If you would like to pay in another way please let me know.
Delivery information
As mentioned above all postage costs truly reflect the cost of posting any items I send out. In fact if anything I often make a loss on postage costs. As part of my customer service policy, all items are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day is ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday), I will also attempt to post any items ordered before 5pm. I send all items first class recorded delivery and in most cases - because I happen to live very near one of the largest sorting offices in the UK - items get delivered the next day. This also means that if for some reason Royal Mail loses the item, you will be compensated for the loss. I also offer postage to the EU via Royal Mail Airmail and postage to Canada, USA, Australia and Japan via Airsure. If you would like delivery to any other country, please contact me and I'll give you a quote.
Return policy
I will happily return any item no questions asked, so long as it is returned in the condition it was sold in. This includes any provided packaging as appropriate. Simply request a refund through eBay and I'll respond quickly to your request. You'll receive a full refund of the item price as soon as your return arrives. Please be aware that any costs incurred returning the item will not be refunded and the safe return of the item is your responsibility

Please make all contact through eBay and I will respond as quickly as possible. No query or question is too small and I'll happily answer any questions. I will respond within 4 hours in almost all cases during business hours, however you'll find I often respond much faster than this. Please also be aware though, that contact made at weekends and outside of normal business hours may have longer response times.
