Theatrical Threads are the importers and distributors of genuine Italian Maquerade Ball Eye Masks, made in Milan. We are also distributers for Charlie Crow childrens and adults costumes We sell a good range of non seasonal costume and fancy dress accessories such as face paints and false Eyelashes.

We are always interested in acquiring new costumes for our hire, especially one off original garments.

Theatrical Threads Ltd may be a new company, established in 2008, however we have a wealth of experience and knowledge about the performing arts. Our Director performed on stage from an early age and has a passion for planning and acquiring costumes for shows (acting as costume consultant to various local groups) as well as making costumes for productions and hiring costumes to event companies, music groups, theatre companies and schools as well as individuals for fancy dress. We specialise in providing unique, original costumes which are not available in the ready to wear costume market. Many are handmade and some have been acquired from the wardrobe departments of professional shows. We also stock fancy dress costumes. We do use PayPal however we are happy to accept both cheques and postal orders on the understanding that goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared.

All of the items we sell are weighed to ensure that our customers pay only for the weight of their purchases and packaging. We do combine P&P charges on multiple items ordered on the same day. If customers request an invoice after purchasing multiple items, then we will weigh the packed parcel and invoice them for postage and packaging accordingly. If buyers wish to pay immeadiately - then please note that it is our policy to always refund excess postage paid by a buyer in excess of £1.00 sterling. Standard Royal Mail postal services will be used however we can add postage insurance or signed for delivery if required. A courier service is available for larger items and multiple costume hires although this will need to be negotiated directly with the company which we use.

We operate a 14 day returns policy on all unopened and unused items. If you are unhappy with any item, we will offer a full refund, not including postage and packing costs, AS LONG AS THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN USED AND CAN BE RESOLD. Please email us before returning any product. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST BY ROYAL MAIL, but we will always provide details of when posted etc should you require it as we always obtain stamped Certificate of Posting for our post.
