Our Policy is to dispatch confirmed orders within 1 working day. If you need the items urgently, please contact us and we can upgrade your postage method. There will be an additional charge for this delivery dependant on the items ordered (i.e. weight).

Return policy
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Items must be in original, saleable condition - with all hangers, labels and wrappings in their original condition. Kindly return the item to us (enclosing your invoice) to the address shown on your invoice. Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to satisfactory inspection. Standard Refunds (ie none faulty) will be cost of item less postage & packaging costs – which are included in the sale price of our products. Please note exchanges are subject to additional postage charge.
