POSTAGE & PACKAGING: We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible so that you can start enjoying them straight away. We post all over the world and offer discounts if you buy more than one glass from us. We will always endevour to post your order by the following day after it is purchased (excluding weekends). We will also confirm by email your despatch date. It is important to us that you receive your order in perfect condition. To ensure this, we use double walled cardboard cartons for external protection and double bubblewrap.

REFUNDS: If you are not entirely satisfied with the item(s) bought, please return within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the cost of the item(s), however we will not meet the return postage and packaging costs. If a glass is damaged on arrival, please email us within 7 days of receipt and return the damaged product(s) to us. We will then resend a new item for no extra cost.
