I always try my best to post all items that have been paid for on the next working day. You will be amazed just how many people want next day delivery even on bank holidays. I clearly advertise my packing and postage policy. ALWAYS check my postage costs and if you do not agree with them then please do not buy from me. I pay to have my goods packed for me and staff do not work for free. There is nothing more annoying than someone buying from you in the full knowledge of all charges and then moaning that they dont appreciate postage costs.

Please contact me in the event of any breakages, but please, do it politely. The 'in yer face' approach is not welcome.
