Thoughts - Richard Barbieri being in this group (ex Japan), Does not mean this is another splinter from them, This set of tracks stands alone it comes across as soft pop laid back easy listening, nothing really stands out track wise, But even that said i like this cd and was happy to spend the money on it.

Elags review of The Sky Moves sideways
As like most of Porcupine trees albums this matches all others its only a 6 track cd. The Sky Moves Sideways was the first Porcupine Tree album to be released in the US, and the first on which Porcupine Tree was actually a band rather than simply a pseudonym for Steven Wilson.
In 2004, a new, two CD version of The Sky Moves Sideways was released, along with a similar re-release of the previous album, Up the Downstair, featuring newly recorded acoustic drums by Gavin Harrison on tracks which previously had only drum machines and other electronic percussion programmed by Wilson. There are thus three distinct versions of this album - the original UK version, the US version, and the 2004 remaster - no two of which feature the same track list, or the same version of "Moonloop".

Excellent little unit if you want a single surge protector for just your laptop or tablet as i did,using it on my Surface Pro 4 at the moment,I leave it plugged into the end of my charger cable and move it around the house with me it has a power on light that tells you it is working and a surge protector light that shows its protecting they are not to strong or annoying like most lights.
On the top of the unit it has two usb charging sockets one foe mobiles and one for Tablets as they are both slightly different ratings the unit is very light and and compact and has now become part of my charging adapter'
All in all a very nice little unit well worth the money very well made does the job very nice.
