The Board Basement was born out of another company called Urban Surfer which was based in Exeter in Devon, and was well respected. With this comes 14 years experience in the Snow and Surf industry as years of being boarders ourselves, from beginners to the where we are now.

We post smaller items via the Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded to ensure we're both covered for lost items. Deliveries can take between 2-3 days. Larger items go 24 hours delivery in UK mainland via our courier and we can cater for international via road service which takes a little longer but keeps costs down. Again everything must be signed for at point of delivery. If you need anything quickly or delivered somewhere not covered, please feel free to drop us a line.

We hope it doesn't come to this but if you should need to return an item, our returns policy is detailed within each listing and has been put together to ensure you rights are protected according to the distance selling regulations.
