Whilst we are strictly a trade only core business operation at our jewellery quarter premises we have decided to respond to the increase in demand from the private investor and speculator for precious metal bullion products in these times of economic uncertanty and instability. We will be using eBay to offer a variety of bullion investment products directly to you, the investor. We will be offering a complete range of products from loose half sovereigns, full sovereigns and krugerrands right up to boxed proof investment gold coin sets and gold bullion bars. We will also be offering a variety of ways to invest in silver, platinum and some of the other less known but equally well performing precious metals. We have a firm commitment to customer service and whilst dealing directly with private individuals is something of a new venture for us we believe direct contact is vital in any business transaction especially when your money and future investment is at stake!

Our company is committed to offering excellent value for money and potential investment returns directly to you the private investor. We do not believe in high charges for payment methods, that is why we do not and do not intend to offer PayPal as a method of payment. Whilst we understand that there may be certain piece of mind benefits by offering PayPal as a payment option we do not believe the high charges can be justified on an investment product. That's why we offer pre arranged payment on collection. Our offices are open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm whereby, by prior arrangement you can come to our offices and pay for your item in cash and walk away with it immediately - far safer and far more secure than PayPal or other online payment methods.

Our P&P information is very simple. We charge the exact postage cost. NO EXTRAS. Do We Combine Postage? Yes, why wouldn't we? We charge the exact cost that you will see on the postage label. Special Delivery is insured automatically up to £500, for a small extra charge the insured value can be increased to £1000 or £2500, simple as that. We charge you exactly what we get charged.

We do not accept returns on bullion products unless there is a fault with the item. As the majority of products we will sell on this eBay will be investment gold products we will offer a buy back guarantee so that you can be sure that not only are you getting a fantastic buying price for your item you will also get the highest return price if your item has increased in price!! We will pay 98% of the intrinsic metal value for any investment product purchased from us at the time you wish to sell it. Eg if you buy a krugerrand from us at, lets say £500 and the gold price subsequently increases to £600 then we will pay you 98% of this for your krugerrand making it worth £588 - we can't say fairer than that!!!
