Return policy
We require notification of your intent to cancel within 14 days of the date of delivery to your address.
Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.

Graded Products.
Some of the products we offer on eBay are graded; products can be graded by ourselves for a variety of reasons. It may have been purchased and then immediately returned to our main store www.thecatalogueshop.com. The packaging may have suffered slight cosmetic scuffs, have been unpacked and repacked, some products may display slight signs of use, or simply be end of line clearance stock in as new condition.
Whatever the reason we have graded a product for, that product will carry a full warranty. We endeavour to make all our graded products as welcoming to receive as new products, and as we heavily discount them they offer fantastic value for money, which when coupled with our personal service, and warranty backup makes for a great all round bargain.
Guarantee and Warranty Policy
In the unlikely event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued on receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault by our technical department.
# We operate a return to base warranty should an item become faulty within the declared warranty period, but after our 30 day replacement/refund scheme,the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will, at our discretion, undertake to repair, replace the item on receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
If the item is not found to be faulty, or the fault is due to customer misuse, no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping. Any replacement will be subject to stock/model availability.
We require all warranty returns to be in original packaging, or packaging suitable to withstand the return shipping and complete with all parts,leads, accessories, and ancillarys included.
