There aren't too many people with 100% positive feedback on eBay... that's why I felt confident to cough up £1K+. Ordered laptop at 22:00 on Wednesday, notified of tracking ID at 07:00 next morning, goods received at 11:00 the following day: you can't expect better than that! AND you don't charge for next day courier delivery (unlike some sellers who charge a ridiculous amount). I've had my laptop a whole hour and love it already - now to load up Windows 7... Shame I don't need any more kit right now but happy to recommend you to anyone else!

What can I say, I was exceptionally worried and concerned at parting with a large sum of money over the internet for a laptop, Billy was an absolute star. He answered, with lots patience and understanding, all my queries and concerns (there were a lot!) Great support and help from Paul in transferring the warranty (in less than a week!). Fantastic service and great communication, the laptop I received I could never have afforded through Dell, all I can say is “Carlsberg don’t do eBay, but if they did they would probably be Billy!” Will be recommending the services of ecomputers to all I know and would use again without question.

Two years ago I spent about eight weeks looking at a dual core laptop before finally, after much deliberation buying from "thechef01". Really pleased. The machine was about MUCH better than I could have afforded if I'd gone to Dell, customer service was great (so good I bought another for a colleage), and I'm now looking again for a mchine for my wife. Highly recommended!!
