The Crystal Lodge started life in 1995, became a Limited company in 1998. In late 2008, it underwent a change of ownership and that's when we changed the name to The Crystal Lodge. Our dedicated website at www.thecrystallodge.co.uk was launched in early 2009 and we are now the UK's No 1 secondary market crystal company. We have links to a specialist insurance company, cabinet makers and we hold exclusive rights to sell Warner reference books in the UK. We are constantly looking for new products and ideas to help Swarovski collectors get the most out of their collections. We are now venturing onto Ebay in addition to our own website to further widen our client base. Our Ebay shop represents just a small proportion of the items we have for sale. Can't find what you are looking for? Just ask our Crystal Detective and if we don't have the item in stock, we will search for it for you so that you don't have to!!

We accept PayPal on Ebay. Our primary payment gateway on our website is RBS/WorldPay, but we have recently added PayPal as an alternative. When you reach the checkout stage, you will be presented with both options.

Free P&P for UK clients. For international orders, we use a signed for service, so we do have to charge for this, however, if you order multiple items, please ask for an invoice before paying, so that we can give you a better deal on postage/shipping.

Returns accepted IF the item is not as described or in the case of damage in transit.

We are happy to combine shipping charges. If you purchase more than one item from us, we can adjust your invoice before you pay. We believe in FAIR postage charges.

We ship our orders Monday to Friday. We have our own franking machine and Royal Mail collects our parcels from our business premises each afternoon Monday to Friday. We do not post at weekends, but we find that Monday post tends to arrive at the same time as Saturday post anyway! Our aim is to send your package same (working) day as your order it, or next working day at the very latest. All our mail will need a signature on delivery.
