Most items we send are tracked and cover the mainland UK only. For orders outside the UK please contact us prior to purchase to confirm the best price and availability. All of our items are packaged carefully to minimise any possible damage.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product which is faulty or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund. Please return the unused item in its original packaging within seven days, together with a copy of your invoice, stating whether you require a refund or exchange.
