Delivery information
We use Royal Mail for most of our small items. Machines are normally sent by express carrier for next working day delivery.
Return policy
We accept returns within 7 days of supply providing the item is returned in its original packaging in an unused condition. Any new item which incurs transit damage will be exchanged. Postal and delivery charges are not refundable for items ordered and sent back for refund unless prior agreement has been reached. All returned items are subject to a thorough inspection before a refund is given and The Garden Partner reserves the right to deduct a handling charge if the item has been subjected to misuse or abuse or is incomplete in any way.
