The seller did exactly what he said he would. He sold the item he advertised. I made mistakes in my purchase. I mistook item for something similar which i informed the seller what I wanted to buy. also realised the import duty was too high. I asked the Seller to cancel the order and charge me an admin fee so he wouldnt lose out. he refused said it was already sent (It was a Sunday) No obligation to but could have been more helpful
