I've been in the jewellery game for nearly 15 years, but it became hard trying to juggle 2 young children and business, so decided to open up online.

I try and post orders out as soon as possible, but granted Royal Mail aren't always the most reliable. If there is a problem with your order please email me.

Due to the nature of the majority of items that I sell, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless damaged or faulty. Would you like a bar someone else had been pierced with?

With 2 young children I do not normally work on the weekends, so if you have a problem or question please be patient. Any questions sent after 4pm on Friday, normally get answered on a Monday.

Postage is not just about the stamp. Everything costs money or time. Costs = stamps, and transport and time to get stamps, envelopes, printer ink and renewing printers, bubble wrap individual bags, sellotape, paper, paying for the postage collection I have so that items are always sent securely and on time, boxes, pins, having to clear payments and take them to be cleared/cashed, pens and time taken to do all of this. When considering that most major retailers charge around £5.00 for delivery within 5 working days, my charges (considering it's normally next day delivery) are VERY reasonable and with all taken into account, no profit is made. If you do not think so please don't buy rather than leaving neg or neutral, as the charge doesn't change at all and it makes you look rather stupid!!!
