Just wanted to say that i have just celebrated my 6month anniversary of losing 4 stone in 2 months and do not weigh a lb more then when i finished ! May I congratulate you on a fantatsic fast working but more importantly long lasting weight loss system - I have well and truly confounded all my cynical friends who were sure it would go back on and have many flocking to you guys ! Hi there. nearly at the end of 3rd day...Feel little dizzy but worth it as already dropped lbs..can't believe I'm not hungry...feel full..not hungry at all!.Family just had casserole with all the trimmings....I drank my shake and feel very satisfied...So far so good.
