History/background
I began selling my own vast beanie collection on ebay and then on the 1st April 2009 I started my own beanie business.

Payment policy
I prefer to be paid via paypal as it so quick and simple, however for uk buyers i will also accept payment via cheque or uncrossed postal order but let me know first. All buyers outside the uk must pay via paypal no acceptions

Delivery information
Most of my listings have a choice of delivery serivce, but if you would like your item to be sent a different service let me know and I'll try and sort it out, for postage outside the uk please contact me for a price.

Return policy
If you have a problem with an item you have bought please get in touch with me as soon as possible to resolve the matter (no later than 7 days after recieving the item) please refrain from leaving feedback til its resolved
