Payment is through PayPal. You do not need to belong to PayPal to use their services. Paying through PayPal allows you to use a wide range of credit or debit cards. Personal cheques may be accepted but will only in pounds Sterling (GBP).

Postage is not included in the listed prices (unless marked Post Free). Orders will usually be sent via a Royal Mail signed-for service. Higher value orders will be despatched by Special Delivery for UK customers to cover insurance. Overseas orders will use Royal Mail International Signed For services.

If you are dissatisfied with the item or have simply changed your mind, you may return it for a full refund of the original costs. If the goods differ materially from our description/illustration, we will also reimburse return postage costs. In either case you should email us immediately; the goods must be returned in their original condition & packing (or equivalent), insured to their invoiced value. Reimbursement, after any quantity discount given, will only be made on receipt of the goods. If a parcel contents appear damaged on delivery, please do not accept it & email us describing the problem so we can handle the claim. We will then reimburse the original costs. In the case of non-arrival, please inform us by email & we will reimburse the original costs, after checking with the carrier. If you wish to be reimbursed for goods under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return them to me in their original condition within 7 days and pay for their return and insurance.
