My 'one armed challenges in life'
Since losing the use of my left arm in 1971, life has thrown many challenges at me. Starting from working out how to do up my right shirt cuff button to rebuilding an MGB engine! I started playing bowls in 1974, and reached two national finals in 1977. Now that I have spent most of my life one handed I will tackle any job and work out how to do it. I have always enjoyed working on engines, from mowers to motorbikes. Over the years I have restored 2 motorcycles from basket cases to concours condition.
