I have worked in the Hairdressing & Beauty Business for over 20 years, from working for hair salon's to running my own Salon's in the UK and abroad. I have always provided top quality products to my customers, only products that I would use myself.

My main Hair products I sell are Matrix which include Fudge, Joico & Tigi etc Please always check my ebay daily as new products are always

Tigi Bed Head Dumbe Blonde/Brunette Shampoo, Conditioner, smoothing stuff, Etc, Etc. Matrix Gold Heat, Vavoom, blow Down Lite Lotion Etc, Etc. Sexy Hair Shine Spray, Straightning balm etc, etc. Fudge products.

I have only recently started to sell more products online and I am in the process of setting my website up for this too, which will be advertised on here very soon. I only sell genuine products, from the companies direct, such as, Matrix, Fudge, Tigi etc. These are not from China etc!

I prefer to use Paypal, that way it's safe for me, but also for my customers. Please note that echeques take upto 10-13 days to clear in Paypal. PAYMENT I accept via Paypal. Payment to be made Immediately of winning auction/buy it now, unless you contact me with valid reasons. If I receive no payment or response to emails an unpaid item dispute may be logged

I will always post items within 3 business days of the transaction funds being cleared in Paypal. I try to keep the cost of P&P as low as possible and that's why I normaly use 2nd class postage, but 1st class for larger items. SHIPPING I offer a postage discount for multiple items bought from my shop. I post most working days (WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS) and use Royal Mail unless stated. I will ship worldwide but please contact me before bidding/buying for a shipping cost unless already listed.

Returns are accepted If item is damaged or isnt as discribed. Please email beforehand. But all items are sent well packaged and are brand new, unless stated! P&P cannot be refunded and buyer is responsible for cost of returning items.
