eBay My World: thepurpleravens( 1244)

We are the Purpleravens- Dean and Kimberly and our username is the purpleravens because my (Kimberly) favourite colour is purple and for our first date we went to the Tower of London to see the ravens. We live together in Leeds and love Ebay..

All sorts DVDs, Clothes, Trinkets, . Whatever I have bought that Dean & I do not really need.. I am a shopoholic but we only have a small house and no room to store everything. I drive Dean mad!!

Family Guy, Friends, Two & a Half men, Scrubs, to name but a few.. Oh and I am a total, Deal or No Deal, addict..

We sell items to make back some of the cash I have spent. We are not scammers and only sell items we would be happy purchasing ourselves. We are on Ebay just trying to make a bit of extra money to help us do up our house.. 12/04 I am really starting to lose heart with Ebay and think I may just stop using it altogether, see feedback left for me today by a horrible man who bought an item two months ago started sending moaning messages after three days when he did not receive his item (thongs which cost 99p) opened a dispute so I refunded him all the time receiving rude messages from him so I refunded him and sent a mutually agreed which he refused to agree to so I am out listing fees, final value fees, postage and the item itself and he has it all and yet is able to leave me negative feedback. It is soo frustrating that things like that are allowed to behave in that way taking out their own frustrations on decent people while Ebay do nothing about it.

We except any payment methods but do appreciate a level of communication so if you are sending a cheque then pop us an email to let us know..

P&P charges cover our very high rate of fees - as Ebay seem to be intent on absolutely fleecing us with the new charges - and any other costs. If you are not happy with our charges please do not bid as I hate to offend (this is a pet peeve of mine as it is not like postage charges are decided after the purchase has been made..)!! We will of course offer discount on multiple purchases so buy, buy, buy.. :-)

If there is any kind of problem pop us an email and we will do all we can to resolve it, as long as you are reasonable!!! :-)
