Buyer is responsible for the cost of returned shipping. Buyer will received a PayPal refund of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping. For example, if you priced a lot for $20.00 and paid $5.00 for shipping, which brought your total to $25.00, you will ONLY be refunded $20.00.
