Steer well clear. This seller absolutely ripped me off. Messed up my order and when I asked for a refund as the wrong pics were sent so went elsewhere and finally right pics were sent far too late but still no refund so now got canvases I don't need or want and massively out of pocket. No communication but happy to take my money!

Absolutely disgraceful seller lie after lie asking how the delivery was knowing full well that it wasn't even sent yet. Then sending me a tracking number saying that it shows that it was sent when it showed that you hadn't and that it hadn't even been given to the delivery company. 2 weeks after it was ment to be here and the delivery company still hasn't received the item. Now they are completely ignoring me no item and no refund yet. One of the worst customer services I have ever dealt.

Ordered 3 shirts for Christmas pressants. Ordered on the 12th of December and only ordered from them because it said guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Last I checked Christmas day is the 25 of December not the 3rd of Jan. I sent them a message and they and they wasn't very helpful at all. £30 wasted cause can't use them for anything else now

Item arrived quickly, but on arrival, street name, requested on the personalisation form to be fully in capital font was in a mixture of capital and lower case font. Notified seller and informed that the only format they could or would supply was as in the listing pictures and they could not be of any further assistance. Why have a personalisation request form to fill with specific requirements if they cannot supply as requested. Disappointed with seller response and inability to supply.

Sorry to hear this, but we normally change them to be the same as the product images in the listing so that we can keep a consistency. If you require in all capital letters, please message us so that we can separately arrange this for you. Hope this helps.

Worse company , cancelled the order as they was selling item as a2 but it’s not actually a2 , messaged about 6 times for a refund got ignored then had to ask eBay to step in to get a refund, all over £13 , for a negative review hopefully might learn not to ignore messages !!!
