History/background
The Telecoms Audit Bureau Ltd was formed in 2003 as a consultancy business offering auditing of business' telecommunications charges. Up until the latest stage of deregulation in the UK, we only offered consultancy. We now have our own arrangements in place to resell the services of Openreach (a BT Group Company) where we can actually charge businesses for their landline rental as well as their calls - at a discount to BT, without them changing anything. In addition, via BT's very own network, we can also provide huge savings on telephone calls.

Openreach (a BT Group company) supply the vast majority of telephone landlines in the UK. They currently supply 450 companies throughout the UK, including BT Retail and Talk Talk. However, we charge significantly less than both BT Retail and Talk Talk for the same Openreach service.
