We accept paypal, postal orders, cheques & bankers drafts. Goods will be sent once payment has fully cleared.

One cleared payment has been received, we will dispatch your purchase on the next working day. Working days are Monday-Friday. We do not post on Saturdays or Public Holidays. Unlike other sellers, we do not charge extra for posting to Northern Ireland, IOM, Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands & Islands on any of our products.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, you must advise us by email (eBay 'contact us' form) within 14 working days of your purchase. If you are requesting a refund, you must obtain agreement from us before returning an item to us. We will then provide you with further information on how and where to return to item to. You must return the item in its original packaging. The buyer pays all return postage costs (with the exception if an item is faulty when we will refund the postage cost) when sending an item back to us for exchange or refund. We will only refund/send an exchange item once the original item has reached us safely. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, please contact us straight away and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
