Can not praise this family company highly enough. My order came. And was'nt the size I was expecting. Even though it clearly states sizes. Contacted Thorness not only were they willing to accept my item back. Even though it was my mistake they sent out the bigger more expensive item, for the same price. Customer service excellent. Thanks again Thorness.

Unfortunately the speakers I received were damaged & in a poor state. On contacting the seller they arranged for a replacement pair, which arrived in 48 hours. They seem fine & work as described . The only comment I would make is that I would not call either of the pairs I had as " refurbished". I suppose it depends how you define "Refurbished". I would have described them as just " Used" hence only 4 stars for description.

The seller quickly responded to a query I had about the Nextbase kit being for the rear camera, which reassured me to continue with the purchase. The fitting kit was delivered quickly, in the original Nextbase box and packaging. Nextbase describe the kit as being suitable for all Nextbase Dash Cams with no specific reference to a rear camera. The kit is very competitively priced and in as new condition.

My radio arrived on time but unfortunately didn't work so I contacted the seller who responded right away and gave me the option to receive a. different colour or have my money back or wait for the colour to come back in stock which I agreed to its arrived today and works so l'm returning the radio that doesn't work. Mr Bailey who is the seller is a lovely man he has put my faith back into customer service a real gentleman.
