We have been trading on ebay for 8 years now, we have 100% posative feedback because we care, we will do everything within our power to make sure you are 100% happy, if you should have any problem, please contact us, we are online 7 days a week and never leave messages unread, we reply to every message received, usually within hours.
We have sourced some great suppliers, so we can offer most of our goods much cheaper than other members, dont be caught out by some ebayers who push postage prices up, to make the item price seem cheap.

Payment policy
We accept paypal, this is the best method for both buyer and seller protection, we also accept postal orders made payable to N Moore.
Delivery information
If you buy more than one item,, contact us as on most items we can combine postage, we try to keep postage charges to a minimum.
If your item is returned to us by the delivery company, we can send it back to you, but we must ask that you pay the postage, if you do not want it sent back to you, we can refund the purchase price, but unfortunatly, we can not refund the postage, as we have paid it out, so if you do place an order, make sure there will be some one home to receive the package.
We aim to post all our personalised items within 5 working days however this does vary at busy times, so if your order is urgent, please email first to check we can meet the delivery date required.
Return policy
If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us to allow us to resolve any issues, as our goods are personalised, we do not offer a retunrs policy unless we have made a mistake, in all cases where we have made a mistake, we will replace your order at no cost to yourself. Please check all spelling when sending your details.
