Paypal,
Personal Cheques,
Postal orders. Cash on Collection.
Delivery information
I try to post within 24 hours of sale during the week.
Large, heavy and valuable items are sent by next day courier.
I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of item during shipping, but I will work with the buyer to claim compensation.
Items over £500 and sent by courier will need extra insurance cover which works out at about £3.00 for every £100 . Please email me for shipping quotes and services, to suit you.
Return policy
I am happy to return any items that you are not happy with.. I will need the item returned , preferably in original packing. If the item is new and boxed all packeging MUST be sent back so I too can claim.
If the item is faulty I will pay return postage.
If the item is just not suitable for your need or is not in the condition and wrapping as sent,then I will happily refund the original postage and the cost of the item, but the cost of return must be paid for by the buyer...(I would soon be out of pocket and so not able to sell at low prices.)
However Every sale is different and if there is a problem i will work with the buyer to ensure there is a fair sale and outcome of any issues.
