This is my second entry in Tinas guest book!! I have known Tina via online for quite sometime now and both her and her husband Dave have become very good friends - a wonderful lady as well as seller here on ebay!! We have great fun chatting online into the wee hours and sometimes for hours on end. Tina has seen me through both good and hard times and has always been there with a sympathetic ear or witty comment - as well as being dedicated to selling her beautiful items that both my daughters just love, Tina is one of the kindest, most generous, and sincere people I know - there ain't many like her around! I came across Tina's listings as I was searching for girls' clothing. The price of clothes was far below that of other sellers and her feedback score was unique: 100% is no minor achievement to someone who has sold thousands of items to thousands of demanding customers. And her emails were so friendly and warm that I felt I had known her for years. By the time the first items arrived I had already become hooked on Tina's listings. The clothes I got -and still get- from her are excellent:top-quality, well-packed and in mint condition. Neighbours and friends want to know where I get them from. Now Tina and I are friends. Over this time I've learnt that Tina is a hard-working, sacrificing person who puts a lot of effort into her Ebay business. I'm afraid this space is too short to write everything I'd like about Tina as a seller and as a friend. Tina is a very precious seller on e-bay. Friendly and serious. Dealing with such a nice person makes you feel welcome. Quality items for reasonable prices. Delivery period is express and charges for delivery are of the real value. Tina does not overcharge for shipping thus makes you buy from her shop again and again. Ebay is great fun especially when you live in the back of beyond without decent shops around! Shopping with Tina has been a fantastic experience, she has bent over backwards and given superb friendly service so much so that I will be watching on a regular basis to see what she has for sale. Communication is great and because of an unexpected visit from my brother in Norway and a panic by me to get some Xmas gifts for my neice she sent out my items recorded delivery to ensure they would arrive on time. It is such a pleasure when you come across someone like Tina, someone who obvioulsy takes pride in the way she sells her goods and looks after her customers. Thank you Jacqueline
