Tinastreasures is a registered business. I am a self employed, sole trader. most if my stock has been bought direct from downsizing collectors.

I have been a trader for around 15 years and a proffessional antique/collectables dealer for 6 years during which time i have gained knowledge in a wealth of collectable areas. I update my collectable library each year and am currently focusing on individual manufacturer price guides so that I can identify items more conclusivley and include specifics, such as market value, designer, prduction dates etc. Its my goal to provide as much information as i can. I am also introducing a providence section to my listings so you the buyer will know any stories attached to an item.

tinastreasures was opened in 2006 as a shop in Vicarage Fields Barking.this was after years of carboot sales an fairs. I went on maternity leave and now sell through my website which is connected to ebay while i try and design it (Its a slow process as i am learning as i go) and my ebay shop. I plan to open a new shop in the future which will be called tinastreasures, it will also feature a coffee and cakes area exclusivley for collecters to meet up swap stories etc.

I am happy to except personal cheques or postal orders but i think although there are charges it is better for you the customer to pay through paypal as you are protected.

I always try and be as accurate as possible with my charges and i never intend these to be anything other than simply a means to recieve your item but i am still learning and do get it wrong both ways. If i have really gotten postage wrong i will offer and have given refunds.

I dont except returns due to bad past experiences. But my listings are precise and i use an extremley critical eye when i write them so as to include any imperfections an item may have. with tinastreasures the item will arrive as described and usually better becasue pictures rarely show an items true beauty.

I sell collectables because I love them and I never mind sharing my knowledge. your items will be delieverd well packaged and wrapped all of my breakable items come in a recycled box and are marked as fragile. fingers crossed I have never had a custmer have an item not arrive in perfect condition.
