We at T-Lectronics realise that our prices are unbelievable; this is due to the fact that we buy our goods from our suppliers in large quantities, who have a low mark-up and operate at a low fixed cost. Our high quantity mail order process allows us to offer potentially up to 75% off retail value. We are able to ship our products anywhere around the world and our huge scale buying power ensures the best possible prices and services.

We accept PayPal & Instant Bank Tranfers (Also internet Banking)
We currently do not accept Postal orders and Cheques.
Delivery information
• Orders placed between 9am to 3pm will be sent out for delivery the same day.
• 92% of our orders get delivered within the next day
• We do not dispatch items on Saturday or Sunday.
• Large items valued over £37 REQUIRE A SIGNATURE on delivery and we therefore cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes.
• Orders from Indonesia, Nigeria, Ukraine and Malaysia are not accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Online tracking for UK & Northern Ireland customers available at www.royalmail.com
• Online tracking for International customers available at www.ParcelForce.com and via www.RoyalMail.com
T-Lectronics will deliver Worldwide to the following countries; United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. We dispatch all item placed before 2pm on the same day, but in some circumstances we have the right to withhold any order from dispatch in order to process further security checks. This can delay an order for up to 3 working days.
Return policy
Please email us before returning an item.
If you recieve a defective item, please contact us and we will replace it for you immediately or simply refund you.
Refunds will only be given if sent the wrong item from error of our part, please make sure you are bidding or buying the right item.
Buyer must make contact within 48 hours of recieving the item.
If wanting to return or exchange, Buyer is responsible for all postal charges and labour if wanting a exchange of item. In any case due to our fault we send the wrong item we will claim responsible to pay all postal fees. (International customers pay for shipping both ways.) We have found this is the most convenient and fastest way to take care of our clients.
The customer is responsible for all custom duties and charges to their country.
