I don't feel it is right for sellers to leave feedback after the buyer have left their's. I always leave feedback at the same time of posting which ensures you are then free to give your honest opinion in return when you have the item.

I have been an active ebayer since 2002. I pride myself on never having a single complaint on anything I have sold and paying as a buyer within 24 hours of end of auction.

Paypal. Cheques (subject to clearance). NO CASH IN POST. cash only should you wish to pick the item up. In the case of DVD's, CD's and records, the full cost of post will be discounted. Please email me after winning the bid for an up to date invoice. I don't keep the cost of free post.

ALL DVD's, CD's and records are FREE POST and sent within 24 hours of cleared payment by second class post. You will receive your item within 5 days. Postal receipts are always retained as proof of posting.

Should an item be damaged or not correct please email me. I have never had a single issue with any sold item. But should I, then you can expect exactly the same friendly communication and a willingness to sort it out just the same as before you bought it. I can not however be responcible for lost posted items. The post receipt will be sent to you. But this has yet to occur.

I always answer emails within 24 hours. A land line and mobile number will be emailed to you after winning a bid should the need arise and you need to contact me.

I only send an invoice should the item remain unpaid after 3 days. Once payment is received you will get an email stating exactly that and when the item will be posted (normally within 24 hours). I will also send a second email to say the item has been posted and leave contact telephone numbers should you need them. I will also leave feedback for you at this point. Feedback is important so please leave me the same in return.

Payment within 5 days of end of auction. If you are new to ebay or have less than 2 positive feedback score please email me first BEFORE bidding otherwise the bid will be cancelled.
